Blanche Lincoln: As the twitterverse has been noting all morning, today was probably a very good day for supporters of Obamacare. The resignation of Rep. Nathan Deal (R., Ga.) brings down the threshold needed to pass the bill in the House from 217 to 216. And the entry of Bill Halter as a challenger to Sen. Blanche Lincoln (D., Ark.) makes a 'no' vote for Lincoln less likely — even if, as Jim points out at Campaign Spot, a 'yes' vote will probably doom her in a general.
