Kyrgyzstan : A House panel is looking into why the two companies at the center of Corruption allegations involving fuel contracts at the major U.S.

Air Base in Kyrgyzstan have not been investigated under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Jeff Stein reported in his SpyTalk column Wednesday.
